Account Managers
Account Managers assist Account Directors in facilitating the execution of high-quality deliverables through interactions with project teams and clients. They work with internal teams to ensure that each project is delivered on time and within budget; identify and support requests for proposals/pricing; perform Datavision™ administration including project entry, database maintenance, and quality assurance; and coordinate services with team members and outside vendors. They also assist Account Directors with managing monthly and quarterly forecasts. As the lead project management resource within the company, they are responsible for the satisfactory development of all assigned accounts.
Account Managers should have a BA/BS in marketing, communications, pharmacy, or related health sciences and 3 to 5 years of general business, pharmaceutical, and/or medical communications company experience. Ideal candidates have 2 to 4 years of experience working within a medical communications company on publication plans. Datavision™ experience is a plus.
