Medical Associates
Our Medical Associates are responsible for providing research and writing support to assigned brand teams and new business efforts. They support our Associate Medical Directors and Medical Directors by researching the literature to assist with the development of draft scientific presentations and publication outlines. Medical Associates work closely with Medical Writers and Medical Directors to ensure on-target communication and clinical accuracy of content and have the opportunity to travel to scientific congresses and advisory board meetings. Medical Associates should have a degree in life or health sciences and clinical experience and knowledge of diseases and pharmaceutical agents. Experience with a pharmaceutical and/or medical communications company or clinical equivalent is preferred. Medical Associates must be able to work independently and within a team structure. They should be motivated and dedicated to building their skills and advancing their capabilities in medical writing, direction, and strategy. Therapeutic expertise in CNS, oncology, pain, cardiology and/or infectious disease is a plus.
